Therapy Centre Services

Therapy Centre Services provide affordable and accessible counselling services for a wide range of presenting issues. Clients can self-refer and we do not have waiting lists, so clients can be seen within 24 hours of us receiving a referral.

Our team provide a diverse range of counselling approaches including Person Centred, CBT and Integrative.

We work with individuals, and also provide support to local employers who would like to offer mental health support to employees who have been signed off sick from work, or who are experiencing work or personal related issues.

Our Counsellors provide clients with a safe and confidential place for them to explore their thoughts, and feelings which may be causing distress or difficulty. We offer a non-judgmental space for all clients.

We work in accordance with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy`s Ethical Framework; BACPs Ethical Framework

All sessions are completely confidential

Concessions are available for those on low income or unemployed.
